Privacy Policy

SkyCatsWork is developed and provided by SkyCatsLab.
This Privacy Policy explains how SkyCatsWork handles information when you use the application.
1. General principle
SkyCatsWork is designed as an offline-first, local application.
The current version of SkyCatsWork does not require a user account and does not require registration or sign-in.
The application does not operate a SkyCatsLab cloud service for storing your application data.
Information entered into SkyCatsWork is stored locally on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses to export, share, or send information using another application or service.
2. Information stored in the application
Depending on how you use SkyCatsWork, you may enter and store information such as:
- client names;
- client phone numbers and messaging contact information;
- addresses;
- notes and client preferences;
- appointments and schedules;
- jobs, services, sessions, visits, or other work records;
- payment status;
- income, expenses, prices, and other financial records;
- tasks and reminders;
- materials and equipment;
- service history;
- other information entered by the user.
This information is stored locally in the SkyCatsWork application database on the user's device.
SkyCatsLab does not receive this information through the application.
3. No account or registration
SkyCatsWork does not currently require:
- creation of a SkyCatsLab account;
- login credentials;
- email registration;
- cloud synchronization;
- online authentication.
The user can use the core application functionality without providing personal information to SkyCatsLab.
4. Internet access and data transmission
The current release of SkyCatsWork does not request Android Internet permission and does not transmit the application's locally stored client, job, financial, task, or other working data to SkyCatsLab servers.
SkyCatsWork does not currently use cloud synchronization or remote data storage.
5. Advertising and analytics
SkyCatsWork does not contain advertising.
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
SkyCatsWork does not use in-app behavioral advertising or advertising profiling.
The current version does not use SkyCatsLab-operated analytics services to collect the user's application data.
Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process technical information relating to application installation, distribution, security, compatibility, or crashes under Google's own terms and privacy policies. Such processing is controlled by Google and the user's device environment, not by SkyCatsWork.
6. Notifications and reminders
SkyCatsWork can create local notifications and reminders for jobs, appointments, tasks, and similar events.
Reminder information is processed locally on the device.
The application may request Android notification and alarm-related permissions when required for these functions.
SkyCatsLab does not receive the contents of these reminders.
7. Backup and restore
SkyCatsWork provides a manual backup and restore function.
When the user creates a backup, the backup file may contain information stored in the application, including client records, schedules, jobs, tasks, financial information, materials, and other application data.
The user chooses where the backup file is stored or transferred.
SkyCatsLab does not automatically upload backup files to SkyCatsLab servers.
Users are responsible for protecting backup files and for choosing appropriate storage locations.
If a backup file is stored using a third-party cloud storage provider or another external service, that service's privacy policy applies to information stored there.
8. WhatsApp, Telegram, and other external applications
SkyCatsWork may allow the user to open an external messaging application, such as WhatsApp or Telegram, using contact information entered by the user.
SkyCatsWork does not itself send these messages through SkyCatsLab servers.
When the user chooses to open or share information with an external application, that information is handled by the selected third-party application according to its own privacy policy and terms.
SkyCatsLab does not control the privacy practices of third-party applications.
9. External links
SkyCatsWork may open external web pages, for example a privacy policy, support page, or other informational page, using the user's web browser.
Once the user leaves SkyCatsWork, the privacy practices of the destination website or external application apply.
10. Artificial intelligence features
SkyCatsWork contains development code related to possible future AI-assisted functionality.
AI functionality is not enabled in the current public release.
The current version does not send user-entered SkyCatsWork data to an AI service.
If AI functionality is introduced in a future version and it requires transmission of user data to an external service, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated before or together with that functionality.
11. Data sharing
SkyCatsLab does not sell personal information entered into SkyCatsWork.
The current version does not automatically share application data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or SkyCatsLab servers.
Information may leave the application only when the user deliberately performs an action such as:
- exporting a backup;
- opening a messaging application;
- sharing information through another application;
- opening an external website;
- otherwise using an Android sharing or document-selection function.
In such cases, processing by the selected third-party application or service is governed by that third party's privacy policy.
12. Data retention and deletion
Application data remains stored locally on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through application functionality, cleared through Android system settings, or removed when the application is uninstalled.
Because SkyCatsLab does not maintain a user account or server-side copy of SkyCatsWork application data in the current version, there is normally no corresponding SkyCatsWork user database on SkyCatsLab servers from which personal application data must be deleted.
Users can remove locally stored information using the application's available editing and deletion functions or by clearing/uninstalling the application.
Backup files previously exported by the user must be deleted separately from the location where the user stored them.
13. Security
SkyCatsWork is designed to keep its working data locally on the user's Android device.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of the user's device, operating system, screen lock, backups, and any external storage or third-party services selected by the user.
Users who store sensitive professional or client information are encouraged to protect their device with an appropriate screen lock and to protect exported backup files.
14. Children's privacy
SkyCatsWork is a productivity application intended for professionals and other users managing their work activities.
The application is not designed specifically for children and does not intentionally provide child-directed social, advertising, or online account features.
SkyCatsLab does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a SkyCatsWork online service because the current version does not provide such a service.
15. International users
SkyCatsWork can be used in different countries and supports multiple languages.
Because the current version stores its working data locally and does not operate a SkyCatsLab cloud database for application content, SkyCatsLab does not routinely transfer SkyCatsWork user data between countries.
If future online services are added, this policy will be updated to explain any relevant international data processing or transfers.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
SkyCatsLab may update this Privacy Policy when SkyCatsWork functionality changes, when legal or platform requirements change, or when new data-processing features are introduced.
The current version of the policy will be published on the SkyCatsLab website with an updated revision date.
